Trade Account Type's

If you run a business full time, part time or just for an extra bit of cash Direct2u Footwear will have a type of account that is tailor made for you. Before applying for a trade account it is very important that you read all the information provided on this page so that you fully understand what account type you need and also to make sure you apply correctly for that account.

Registering Your Account

If it is a Retail account that you require all you have to do is register and your account will be setup automatically. There is no need to continue reading the information provided on this page.

For an Affiliate account you need to register in a different area of our website and you do not need to continue reading the information provided as we have a seperate page for affiliates. As soon as your account is up and running all the relevant information will become available under affiliate central. Click the button below to view the affiliate page that will provide further instructions.

Correctly Applying For a Trade Account

If you need either a Drop Shipping or Party Planner account you must follow the steps listed below to successfully apply for a trade account. If these steps are not followed your application will be rejected.

Step 1 - The first part of the application is to register an account, this as standard will be a retail account but if your application is successful this will be upgraded so keep your details safe as you will need them later on.

Step 2 - Now you have a registered account you will need to fill in our online application form. While you do not have to fill in every single box on the application form we do expect the following to be entered;

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Business Type
• If you are selling online you MUST supply the URL or Store Name
• If you are selling offline please give us detailed information

If you do not fill in the required information your application will be declined. Click the button below to fill in the trade application form.

Once you have filled in the form you will have to agree to our terms and conditions before submitting your entry. If you do not agree with any of our terms and conditions please do not apply for a trade account. You can view our terms and conditions by clicking HERE.

If you have completed the form and are happy with our terms and conditions click the 'update' button at the bottom of the application form page.

Step 3 - You will receive a reply to let you know if your application was accepted or declined within 2 working days but while you are waiting we have put together a small trade pack to inform you on some of the features our trade customers receive.

Step 4 - If your account was approved you can now login and visit our trade website, please take some time to read the information provided along with the tutorials on how to use our trade website.

If you are a party planner you also need to login to our trade website to download the party planner pack, included in this pack is a guide on selling offline along with order and return forms.
